Dr. Samuel “Kaipo” Sotelo is a Performance Physical Therapist at Limitless Therapy and Wellness. As a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, he has been trained to guide patients on their journey toward both their functional and fitness goals.

He has experience working with athletes of all shapes and sizes from middle school/high school/collegiate sports to active adult. His goal is to help you show you how to go beyond pain relief and achieve your highest goals.

Dr. Sotelo was born in the Philippines and grew up on the island of Guam. He was able to represent his home island as a member of the Guam Youth National Soccer and Basketball Programs competing with top countries in the Asia-Pacific region. He attended Bob Jones University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. With a background in human performance, Dr. Sotelo has also aided in multiple human performance research projects and is currently conducting research on maximizing vertical jump height in collaboration with some of the nation’s brightest minds in the physical therapy space.

Dr. Sotelo joined Limitless because he wants to see his people live active, fulfilling lives while avoiding the pitfalls of the traditional healthcare system. Many people are unaware of the resources and opportunities available to them, and Dr. Sotelo wants to change that by educating his patients on how to be informed consumers and empower them to be their own advocates for better health. He also wants to help raise the standard of physical therapy and human performance in the Upstate.
