About Limitless:

Limitless Therapy and Wellness is concierge physical therapy practice with two offices in Greenville, SC, as well as a mobile service that covers most of the Upstate.

Our mission is to help active individuals avoid unnecessary medications, injections, and surgery for musculoskeletal pain by providing an unmatched patient experience and exceptional outcomes.

Our practice is not a traditional physical therapy practice. We are an out-of-network, “cash-based” practice which allows us to serve patients on their terms and give them the care they need without intrusion or interference of third-party payers.

Client Experience Manager

The primary responsibility of a client experience manager is to help build trust and decrease fear, doubt, and uncertainty with prospective, new, and current patients of Limitless Therapy and Wellness. The ideal candidate for this position has sales experience, particularly over the phone. The ideal candidate is a great listener and a self-starter who is proficient with follow-up and working within a team environment. The ideal candidate is task-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and coachable.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Answering phone calls during working hours.
– Responding to emails within 24 hours.
– Helping communicate with referring providers to send and receive patient health information including prescriptions for physical therapy.
– Formulating superbills to send to patients for possible insurance reimbursement.
– Managing each therapist’s patient caseload and monitoring for compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Scheduling patient appointments.

Skills Required:

– Comfort and experience with sales conversations, primarily by phone and email.
– Persistent and proactive in following up with others to make sure tasks are completed.
– Willing to listen to prospective patients tell their stories and confident in handling potential sources of fear, doubt, and uncertainty around their experience.
– Able to receive constructive criticism and willing to be held accountable to goals and performance metrics.
– Proficient with the use of computers and technology.
– Desire to learn and grow as our practice grows.

Marketing Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the marketing manager is to help generate leads and referrals for our practice while playing the role of strategic partner in helping identify opportunities and areas for potential growth and process improvement. The ideal candidate for this position has experience developing, executing, and monitoring various types of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a savvy self-starter who is proficient in meeting deadlines, adapting to changes in marketing mediums and audience characteristics, and takes pride and ownership in being a part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Develop an annual marketing plan.
– Help develop, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.).
– Help develop, execute, monitor, and optimize organic social media content (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
– Help develop, execute, monitor, and optimize print ad campaigns.
– Help optimize website content and formatting for SEO.
– Keep track of incoming leads and modify marketing budget and strategy accordingly.
– Create and publish blog posts, website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media content.
– Attend networking meetings and engage in one-to-one interactions with referral partners and members of the community.
– Help develop and execute potential workshops and community events.
– Request and collect video and written testimonials and reviews from current and past clients.
– Reports back to the Client Experience Manager and the Owner on the performance of various marketing campaigns.
– Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Assist with the development and execution of process automation strategies within CRM software.

Skills Required:

– Knowledge of SEO strategies.
– Familiarity with Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
– Ability to analyze and optimize ads on Google and Facebook.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Primary Responsibilities:

– Complete necessary documentation on patient interactions and treatment sessions.
– Recommend, sell, schedule, and complete an optimal plan of care for each patient.
– Collect payment from patients for services rendered.
– Have financial conversations with patients to communicate the exchange of money for value.
– Communicate with the Client Experience Manager to optimize the patient experience.
– Manage a patient caseload including monitoring for compliance with state and federal regulations.
– Regularly communicate with and follow up with patients outside of physical therapy appointment times.
– Participate in weekly team and individual calls and meetings.’
– Communicate with referral partners about the status of their patients.
– Writing and sending handwritten thank you notes to every new patient and referral partner.
– Network in the community to establish new referral partnerships and opportunities.

Skills Required:

– Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
– At least Herman and Wallace Level 1 Certification, with higher levels preferred.
– Clinical specialist certifications (WCS, OCS, etc.) preferred.
– Licensed to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
– At least 1 year of pelvic health physical experience.
– Experience delivering patient care in non-clinical settings preferred (home, office, gym, etc.).
– Willingness to see patients in their home, office, or gym.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and good at connecting with other people.
– Comfortable having financial conversations with patients
– Ability to build trust and initiate a therapeutic alliance with patients.
